Lazian Ibrahim

Lazian Ibrahim is a part of the Global HR and Talent Acquisition team at Spotify working towards the EMEA and US markets. She joined when the hyper growth journey started for Spotify and has extensive experience from scaling a global company in a sustainable way through that journey. In addition to setting recruitment practices for R&D as well as content and podcast teams, she is part of the team that is shaping leadership recruitment practices globally. She holds and MSc in Occupational Psychology and has a great interest in HR, leadership, and the world of people at work.
