Karin Callin

Diversity & inclusion, Learning & development and leadership – that’s what she has been working with for the last 15 years in different roles. For three years she has lived and worked in India, supporting the start-up of a new factory. There and then she got a hands on experience of what diversity and inclusion is all about, how to build company culture and how to set the right leadership. Currently she work as a manager, responsible for our business driven diversity and inclusion work at Scania. Scania has taken an ambitious stance in this topic which we call Skill Capture and it involves all 51000 employees in the company.
