Frida Nyvinger started off with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in journalism before finding her calling in tech. She now has ten years of experience working in the media industry including TV, radio and print. Today she is the Head of Customer Experience at Bonnier News Tech and in charge of the digital customer experience across all of the 140+ brands of Bonnier News, forming strategies for all digital products facing customers and ensuring a great user experience while taking necessary steps to innovate the largest media company in the Nordics. She also runs the department Bonnier News Utveckling managing development teams focusing on new, innovative customer-facing initiatives.
