Emelie Gustavsson

Emelie Gustavsson started her career as a nurse, but after a few years she changed career to project manage initiatives in tech and digital experience, and worked as a consultant for several years. She has been driving digital initiatives at Swedbank for over 7 years and is Accessibility lead with a strong focus on digital accessibility and inclusion. Her passion and ambition is to increase awareness and understanding of the area, and contribute to a more inclusive digital world where as many people as possible can participate on equal terms, regardless of ability, prerequisites or age.
