As Group CEO at Third Ear Studio, ex Vice President of Operations Nordics at Viaplay Group and co-founder of the legal tech startup Justic, Azra has created a niche for herself as a formidable leader within the Nordic business community. In 2023, her achievements earned her the #1 spot on Ledarna’s annual list of Sweden’s top female leaders.

In addition to her corporate successes, Azra is a dynamic business angel, a boardroom professional, and the founder of Femtorship, a mentoring program dedicated to empowering young women. Her legal skills were honed as a former lawyer specializing in intellectual property rights at Mannheimer Swartling, Scandinavia’s leading business law firm, and she has served with distinction as a judge assistant at the Stockholm District Court.
