Åsa is an experienced leader and have been working in the IT industry since early nineties, when she started her career at HP. Åsa has a passion for leading changes and driving improvements in leading roles, both in global & local teams, as a manger and/or as a consultant and also in private companies as well as the public sector. She is constantly focusing on creating the best conditions and prerequisites for her employees – so they can thrive in their roles – engagement and trust is what Åsa builds her leadership on.
