With more than 20 years of experience of leading the digitalization journey at companys like Ving, TV4 and ICA through agile and lean ways of working Åsa has a strong foundation in customer-driven development. She is passionate about empowered, autonomous teams and believes that is the key for valuable software and team productivity. Åsa always challenge the teams and organization to continuously improvements and strives to find new ways of working. At ICA Åsa is responsible for the engineering teams developing ICA’s customer-facing applications for example Sweden’s largest recipe website ICA.se
