As a project manager, she played a key role in the organization’s transition to more flexible ways of working. Throughout her career at Länsförsäkringar AB, she has primarily focused on change management, business development, innovation coordination, conference facilitation and participation, and establishing effective ways of working across the Länsförsäkringar group.
