Aliaksandra Shauchuk

UX Designer

Aliaksandra Shauchuk, a UX designer at If Insurance, infuses creativity and data-driven solutions into her role as the UX/UI design owner of If Commercial. Originating from Minsk, Belarus, Aliaksandra’s design journey began after earning her BArch in Architecture from Belarusian National Technical University. She further honed her skills, earning an MSSc in Human-Computer Interaction from Uppsala University with a Swedish Institute Scholarship.

Formerly an architect for two years, Aliaksandra transitioned her passion into UX design six years ago. An advocate for diversity, she led Ladies That UX Minsk and volunteered at Ladies That UX Stockholm. Beyond design, she mentors through ADPList, sharing insights and assisting fellow designers. Outside the digital realm, Aliaksandra explores her artistic side through 12 years of photography, practicing Ashtanga yoga, and embracing watercolor art.
