🎤 On the Day

The day you shine! Always remind yourself that you are fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable in your craft, it’s just time to show the audience this. Our backstage team will be on hand to answer any questions and calm any nerves. 

✨ Agenda

Once we have finalised the main stage agenda, it will be live on the website. The agenda will be updated here for you before the end of March so you know your time. Note: your exact stage time may change so keep an eye on updates.

At the rehearsal on 22nd, you will be given time you need to be on the side of the stage to get mic’ed up – it is generally 20 minutes before you go on stage. We have wonderful stage managers who will coordinate all of this and ensure you are where you need to be, but make sure you are in the speakers’ green room before your talk, so that they can find you.

💄 Make up

• We have 2 make-up artists (they are experienced with different skin tones)
• You will not have a full face done on the day, but you will have touch up. I will communicate the time slots for make-up the week before the event.
• You will be doing your own hairstyling – there will be some mirrors and products in the green room.

🥙 Food and drink 

• There will be food and beverages for you in the speakers green room during the day.
• We will have a speaker’s dinner after the event at 20:00.
• If have come with plus ones, they will not be able to join the speaker’s dinner unfortunately as we have limited space.
  

🏨 Accommodation

For those that do not live in Stockholm, welcome to Sweden! 🥳
We have booked Radisson Waterfront hotel for you – this is the same as where we will have the event. If you want any Stockholm tips then we are happy to give you some!

If you want to bring a plus one to the hotel, then there is an additional cost of 555 SEK extra per night which will be paid directly to the hotel. You need to let us know beforehand if you are planning on bringing someone.
