✨ Agenda – main stage
The agenda is live on the websiteÂ
Below you will see the more detailed agenda.
Note: The number of minutes for your speeches are a hard stop so please respect them!
At the rehearsal on 22nd, you will be given time you need to be on the side of the stage to get mic’ed up – it is 20 minutes before you go on stage.
We have wonderful stage managers who will coordinate all of this and ensure you are where you need to be, but make sure you are in the speakers’ green room before your talk, so that they can find you.
Agenda:
✨ Interview stage
What is the interview stage?
When the on-site audience has a break to visit partners in the booths, the live broadcast continues in a fireside chat format with experts in various fields. Physically, the interview stage is going to use the same stage space as the main stage. All our talks on the main stage and interview stage are recorded, and uploaded to ourYouTube channel and our WIT Play of which you will have access to. If people who are present in Stockholm want to sit and listen to the talks on the interview stage, they are welcome to – the audio will be lowered so people can move forward and sit at the front to listen.
đź’„ Make up
- We have 2 make-up artists (they are experienced with different skin tones)
- We have attached the makeup schedule below. It is tight, with a lot of things to juggle with both stages and speakers. Please respect the timings.
- It will be a touch-up, not a full face, so do your own light makeup to start. You will do your own hair, and we will have some hairspray and mirrors in the green room.
- FYI, we recommend some makeup, a little touch-up, for everyone going up on the main stages, so you don’t look washed out on the bright stage lights. We absolutely don’t expect you to have strong makeup if you don’t want to, only as much as you are comfortable with.
🥙 Food and drinkÂ
- You are welcome to go in and out of the green room all day, there will be refreshments, cue cards, make up, and time to chat with the other speakers – this will also be (wo)manned all day if you wanted to leave your bags there rather than in the cloakroom.
- There will be food and beverages for you in the speakers green room during the day.
- We will have a speaker’s dinner after the event at 20:00 at Waterfront hotel (same as the conference.) – you need to have RSVPed to elin.eriksson@womenintech.se if you want to join the dinner.
- If have come with plus ones, they will not be able to join the speaker’s dinner unfortunately as we have limited space, but they can join us in the bar afterwards 🍷
