Wilma Emanuelsson

Wilma is an 18-year old female student and entrepreneur from Gothenburg. She is developing a software using eye tracking technology combined with real time voice cloning and overlays that assist a person with dyslexia in their reading. The idea was to digitalize the mental voice we have in our head when we read something. A solution formed to help a friend that was constantly held back in school by teachers in his reading. She has identified the need for better aids that increase self-confidence, user control and long-term results for students and individuals with dyslexia or other reading difficulties.

Wilma Emanuelsson primarily possesses strong technical and graphic design competence as well as knowledge in project management, marketing, image/sound and cyber security. From a young age, she has worked in a structured and flexible way with IT projects and developed a number of solutions to problems both privately and in professional life – always with the aspiration to make the world a better place.
