Nina Bozic

Nina runs a collaborative community within the area of Sustainable Future Work which connects 40 researchers from across RISE. She is also part of the core teams driving Digital Ethics and Human-centric AI initiatives at RISE. Within the Swedish association of innovation managers Innovationsledarna she leads a special thematic group on Innovation Management and AI. Nina´s interest is in re-thinking ways of working in time when work is becoming increasingly digital and remote. Nina has 16 years experience working as an innovation enabler and explorer both in companies and public sector organizations. After moving to Sweden she continued her work as an innovation consultant and pursued a PhD in Innovation and Design. She has been working with organizations, such as ABB, Electrolux, Ericsson, GodEl, various Swedish municipalities, and others.
