Mala is the Head of Ericsson ONE Sweden (covering EMEA), one of the three innovation incubation hubs executing the growth strategy for Ericsson. She is based in Stockholm, and works with deep tech founders, intrapreneurs and innovators to transform good ideas into commercially scalable products. Mala has been recognized as one of Veckan’s Affärer top tech leaders in Sweden and ranked 3rd in the Future Female Leaders list by Ledarna . She is passionate about bridging sustainability, technology and entrepreneurship.
