Katarzyna Lipinska

Joining Electrolux in 2020, Katarzyna is responsible for growing Electrolux’s ability to discover new technologies, delivering working prototypes and by that, prove business value within consumer services. She leads projects in new tech strategies, idea generation, market analysis and developments, as well as new ways of working. She facilitates day-to-day innovation activities to speed up the adoption of the innovation culture by collaborating, co-creating and challenging the status quo. She is an evangelist for continuous learning and growth.
