Gemma Vall-Llosera is a technology leader and who strive to bring innovative ideas into fruition. Her main strength is to initiate, anchor and drive research activities that are strategically relevant for the future of Ericsson. Her current interests target the scouting of new technologies that are of interest for Ericsson ́s digitalization journey. Her technical focus in on quantum-based AI and automation. She is inspired by the lean startup methodology and believe in a culture of experimentation.
