Frida Nyvinger is the Head of Customer Experience at Bonnier News Tech. She started off with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in journalism before finding her calling in tech. She now has close to ten years of experience working in the media industry including TV, radio and print. At Bonnier News she has the strategic responsibility for securing the customer experience across all of Bonnier News’ digital products, as well as the role of head of the department Bonnier News Utveckling managing the development teams focusing on new, innovative customer-facing initiatives.
