Carolin is a committed leader with high motivational skills, she throws herself into new things with a curious and enthusiastic mindset and believes true greatness comes from empowered teams and cross-silo collaborations. With over 10 years at ICA and from her previous role as Project Office Manager for IT Services PMO she knows the business by heart. Carolin has, together with her team, established a centralized DevOps toolchain. She was a key resource when ICA hosted their first Meet up.
