Aleksandra Avli is the Founder and CEO of HON (Her Online Network), an app rooted in the longing for an unfiltered online space, where women can grow professionally through a personal community. The story of HON began with the establishment of Her Global Network, a dinner series that Aleksandra co-founded back in 2014 with the purpose of encouraging women to be more vulnerable with themselves and others. The rapid growth of Her inspired Aleksandra to redirect her attention to the specific needs of women in their next phases of growth – to enable action according to their own story, values and goals, through positive digital connectivity. HON’s mission is to influence women to own and act on their skills.
