State of Women in Tech 2025

What’s it like to be a woman in tech?

Every year, we ask thousands of women working in tech across Sweden to share their experiences — the good, the bad, and the frustratingly unchanged. The result is The State of Women in Tech report: a data-driven snapshot of what it’s really like to be a woman in this industry today.

Progress depends on understanding what’s working — and what isn’t. This report helps leaders, companies, and communities see the bigger picture: where women are thriving, where they’re being held back, and what needs to change to make tech more inclusive for everyone.

This year’s report includes input from over 3,000 women — a record number. Their insights are powerful, honest, and impossible to ignore. Let’s listen, learn, and take action — together.
