This year’s theme is: Space to Play and we’re over the moon about it (pun absolutely intended). At our mothership conference, #WITswe2025, we invite our speakers, partners and visitors to embrace curiosity and to explore technology with the same joy and wonder as a child at play.

The theme is inspired by two kinds of space: the boundless universe, full of wonders and infinite possibilities, and the need to create more playfulness for us to unlock our creativity and drive progress.

While navigating the rapidly evolving technological universe, playful learning becomes our guiding star to illuminate complex concepts. Paradoxically, a playful mindset can rocket boost problem-solving, skills and adaptability. It even helps as a way to manage stress and achieve a state of flow.

Guess who’s back to bring her A-game to the 2025 Women in Tech Conference? Stephanie Darvill! 🚀 This startup-savvy, Malmö-based powerhouse has a knack for guiding startups toward growth, crafting killer strategies, and making ideas actually happen. With a background that includes cofounding an Edtech startup (backed by Google for Startups, no less!) and years of globetrotting experience, Steph brings a wealth of knowledge—and a good dose of British wit—to the table.

She’s a champion of lifelong learning, mental health, and smashing tech’s glass ceilings for women everywhere. After absolutely crushing it as a moderator in 2024, we’re thrilled to have her back to keep the energy high, the discussions lively, and the inspiration flowing.
