Nataliya Stoyanovych

Nataliya Stoyanovych is a Head of Business Design at fintech company P.F.C. With 15 years of experience in tech, her journey began in Ukraine and led her to obtain an MBA from a top business school in Spain. After relocating to Sweden in 2014, she founded a hardware startup just one year later. Throughout her career, she has built prototypes, launched products, led product teams, raised investment, and sold a company.

In Ukraine, she led various social initiatives focused on developing remote healthcare and school education in rural areas. Recently, she founded a network for Ukrainian women in tech in Stockholm, which aims to create a supportive and empowering community for those who arrived after the war broke out in Ukraine and those who have been living in Sweden for some time.
