Johanna’s technology and operational skills in the industry make Johanna a go-to executive for multiple Forbes Global 2000 companies. She has led multiple global Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) Business Technology Operations transformations with an impact on more than 1b EUR revenues and 70 different countries, managing change and communication measures for several thousand employees at all employee levels.

She spent more than 11 years at NASDQ-listed Information Services Group. As Partner Banking and Financial Services, she grew the BFSI business for ISG which today is its most renown practice across the globe.

Johanna founded Alaika Advisory 2022 and is the Co-CEO. Alaika Advisory brings radical focus on consulting in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance with deep expertise in three core domains: Cyber Security, ESG/Climate Tech, and Data & Analytics/AI.
