Dr. Hema Prem

VP (Insurance UK & Europe), Council Head DE&I (EMEA) at Infosys

Dr. Hema Prem is Vice President – Insurance Europe at Infosys and is based in London.
She manages businesses across General Insurance, London&Lloyds Market, Life and Pensions and Broking sector clients and advises CxOs to deliver on themes around digital transformation, cloud initiatives, cost optimization, operational efficiency, innovation and co-creation initiatives.

Hema is also an UN UK delegate at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, CHIEF UK Founding Member and BAME leader representing Infosys at CBI (Confederation of British Industries). She has also been recognized in multiple forums as an Insurance industry leader.

Prior to joining Infosys, she has been associated with organizations like Intel, SAP Labs and had been selected as a Lieutenant with the Indian Navy. Besides this, her Ph.D. research work around Technology road mapping, Design and Architectural Patterns, Advanced Analytics (SVMs) have been published in renowned journals and book chapters.

Hema is also a Stanford University alumnus, where she has successfully completed the Stanford Leadership and Entrepreneurship Ignite Programs.
