Sara Cederberg

Sara joined the Women in Tech core team in September 2022. After more than 20 years working in tech within product management and leadership, lastly at Spotify, she freelances, taking in interim roles within people or product management. She’s a real neard when it comes to databases, structure and processes but can be quite chaotic and passionate when ideas spark. She also genuinely cares about people and want to be part of forming a people-focused organisation, where investment in employee happiness and well-being is seen as a key driver for growth and sustainable profitability.
