Charlotte Svensson, EVP and CIO at SAS, is driven by the desire to constantly improve and her greatest ability is to get things done. Her expertise is to drive the organizations’ technological development and structure, in order to respond to future needs – a journey needed now more than ever before for the aviation industry. SAS transformation is existential, and a prerequisite to achieve more efficient, and more sustainable air travel.
