Your choice to volunteer at #WITswe2026 (April 22) has been received.

First of all, thank you for raising your hand and wanting to support Women in Tech Sweden. Our volunteers are a huge part of what makes this event possible, and we truly appreciate your interest in being part of the team.

What happens next?

The selection is random and a Team Lead will reach out to you for an email or short call or interview to talk about the role and expectations.

Because we’ve receive many applications, we unfortunately can’t guarantee a spot for everyone or answer those who are not successful.  But we are grateful that you applied.

A quick reminder

If selected, volunteers are expected to:

• Attend a mandatory security and station briefing onsite on April 21
• Follow guidance from their Team Lead
• Show up on time and ready to help during the event
• Be a positive and supportive part of the team
