Nina Larsson, Minister for Gender Equality and Working Life
Nina Larsson, Sweden’s newly appointed Minister for Gender Equality and Working Life, made a surprise appearance at #WITswe2025, and the message was clear: this work matters, at every level. She spoke about the power of representation and how seeing role models on stage makes space for others to follow. Nina highlighted the importance of team composition in driving progress and underscored that collaboration across sectors is how we move from intention to impact. A new minister. A new chapter. And a shared commitment: That real change takes all of us showing up, working together, and making space for more. Because representation is power, and this is our Space to Play.
