Whether we want it or not we are all facing a rapid technology evolution. The struggle of adapting our IT-landscape to this evolution is of course different depending on which business or context you work with. Swedbank took the decision a couple of years ago to invest in a new application development platform based on micro services, containers, CI/CD support, autonomous teams, and more. The platform was named Andromeda, after our closest galaxy, to refer to the long journey teams need to make skill-wise, process-wise and culture-wise. Join this session to hear more about our journey adapting to the new world! Speakers: Christian Edström, Johanna Thorell
