Fewer and fewer people are using cash in Swedish society, with forecasts predicting that Sweden could become completely cashless within a few years. This raises the question of whether Sweden is ready for this transition. Moreover, this trend could impact segments of society that are unable to make digital payments. It may also affect the younger generation’s perception of money, making it more difficult for them to grasp its value as it becomes increasingly abstract.
