Caroline is CEO of ICA Insurance. She has dual university degrees in electrical engineering and business administration and started her career as a consultant with McKinsey for six years. Caroline then continued a line management career in the insurance industry, mostly with Trygg-Hansa, with a brief period as a dot com entrepreneur around 2000. She has been in her current position with ICA Insurance since 2016.
