On April 22, the day before the event, you will get the ticket as a QR code sent to your mobile phone as a text message.
To cancel your ticket, please find your booking confirmation email with the subject line “#WITswe2025: Ticket Confirmation!” from noreply@event.trippus.com.
Scroll down in the email and click on “Click here to unregister” or “CAN’T GO? CANCEL MY TICKET”.
No. The event is strictly for ticket holders, who are also members at womenintech.se
No, tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you can’t attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone on the waitlist.
With only a few days left to the conference, the waitinglist is closed. But you can watch the whole event on the online livestream here: #WITswe2025.
The fee helps us create the best possible experience for everyone attending. It minimizes no-shows and ensures that every ticket goes to someone who truly wants to attend.
Yes! But we do apply a non-refundable booking fee of 59 SEK, to minimize the risk of no-shows.
We’re using Trippus as our ticket operator for this event. Any emails you receive from us regarding your ticket or event details will come from Trippus—it’s legit, no need to worry about scams!

The #WITswe2025 conference will take place at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center on 23 April. The address is Nils Ericsons Plan 4, 111 64 Stockholm.
Doors open at 8.00 AM. The Main Stage program starts at 9:00.
Yes! Everything happening on the Main Stage and all the Focus Sessions will be live-streamed here on the website. There will also be web-exclusive interviews.

You’ll need to show your ticket to receive your badge. As soon as you are checked in, you will get a text message with a call to action. It’s time to activate your Mingla account.

There’s no dedicated app, but we’re using a service called Mingla for networking. You’ll also find the full program and updates right on our website.

Yes! We have dedicated areas for strollers, so you can comfortably bring your little ones along.
Yes, lunch will be served during the event. If you selected a vegetarian option when you registered, please head to the designated vegetarian area to pick up your meal.
It’s a vegan/vegetarian wrap that includes beetroot hummus, feta cheese, roasted cabbage, and pickled red onion (contains gluten and lactose).
The food will be Vegan, you can find it anywhere.
If you’ve registered any allergies or special cost, your meal will be available at the kiosk in M1.
Yes! Free coffee and water will be available throughout the day to keep you refreshed and energised.
In addition to the lunch provided, there’s a kiosk on site where you can purchase snacks and additional food if needed.
While there are no dedicated quiet rooms, you can step aside briefly if absolutely necessary.
Yes! People of all genders are welcome as members, to the conference and to our events and meet-ups. Be open-minded, be curious, listen and learn. We need to work together to create real change in the industry.

Scan your personal QR code on your badge provided at the event using your phone’s camera. Your Mingla profile, automatically generated, will appear. Feel free to edit your information to personalise your profile.
Begin connecting with other attendees. Each time you connect and scan someone’s QR code, both of you will earn a point.
Mingla works via web browser, so no need to download any apps, just sacn the QR code on your badge.
Connecting is simple! Start a conversation with a fellow attendee, then scan their QR code using your phone’s camera or the Mingla app’s scanning feature. Once scanned, both of you will automatically earn a point
You’ve just earned a point- nice work! Now it’s all about enjoying the conversation. When you’re ready, feel free to mingle and connect with someone new to accumulate more points
You earn points by connecting with other attendees (scanning their QR codes), engaging with event partners, and participating in challenges. The more you interact, the more points you accumulate. Top networkers will be rewarded during the event ceremony with exciting prizes!
You can only chat to other attendees using the Mingla platform, once you have connected to them (via scanning their QR code)

Yes—your profile is visible only to attendees you’ve connected with by scanning each other’s QR codes. Other attendees cannot access your contact details unless you choose to share them.
When you engage with event partners (e.g. by visiting their booths or participating in their challenges), your contact information may be shared with them if you consent.
