Scania and Women in Tech is hosting an event at the Marcus Wallenberg Hall in Södertälje, in which Scania will explain how it is adapting to the future. There will be a particular focus on how the company is using agile work practices to assist its journey.

The evening will start with a presentation by Karin Rådström, Head of Sales and Marketing at Scania and a member of the company’s executive board. Karin will talk about her exciting career journey and her view on Scania’s strategy to take on the future.

We will continue the evening with a meet-and-greet session where you will get the opportunity to talk to some Scania employees who have been adapting to the agile mindset and way of working as they help to take the company into the future. During this session we will discuss partnerships, leadership, innovation and teamwork.

Some of the agile coaches at Scania’s Improvement Office will also be on hand to inspire you, by showing you an agile method for collaboration.

If you’re interested in leadership in general and the agile way of working in particular, you can’t afford to miss this event!

Food and drinks will be served, and we offer transport between Stockholm and Södertälje. Everyone is welcome, so please sign up for the event by registering via the link above.
