How do I know if I got a ticket?

Use your personal link to check if you got a ticket. A message saying “THIS INVITE IS ALREADY USED, Show ticket” will be displayed on the registration site when you have secured a ticket.

Click “Show ticket” to see your personal QR code/ticket. If you didn’t get a ticket, use your personal link to signup for our the waiting list. If the tickets are fully booked you will automatically be signed up to the waiting list when trying to book a ticket.

How do I cancel my ticket?

To cancel your ticket, please visit our registration website through your personal link and change your status to “Not attending”. If you are not able to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible, but no later than 12:00 CEST, May 12th, so that we can ensure that the ticket is being sent to one of the members on our waiting list. Please note that a no-show fee will be applied.

Is there a fee for not showing up? What is the no-show fee?

Yes! You will be charged a no-show fee of 300 SEK if you have ticket but don’t attend. This fee can be avoided by cancelling your ticket no later than at 12:00 CEST on the 12th of May. If you are not able to attend, please cancel your ticket by visiting our website through the same link as you used to register and change your status to “Not attending”.

If you are not going to attend the event, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so that we can ensure that the ticket is being sent to one of the members on our waiting list.

If you were assigned a ticket from the waiting list on the day before the event, and you are not able to come, please cancel the ticket as soon as possible. In this case we will not apply the no show fee. I got a last minute ticket but I can’t go, what do I do?

Can I sign up to the waiting list?

No, this close to the conference there is no point. There are too many already waiting.

Are men welcome?

Yes! People of all genders are welcome to the conference and our events and meet-ups. Be open-minded, be curious, listen and learn. We need to work together to create real change in the industry.

Is the conference also digital?

Sort of! #WITswe2022 is first and foremost designed as a physical event. But we will live-stream all the talks from the Main Stage, all the Focus Sessions and have added an extra online-only interview studio.
