Johanna joined H&M Group 5 years back and is currently Head of Innovation & Insight within Group Business Development. She has primarily been working with customer centric business development methods like design thinking to identify and explore business and customer value for the group. She has several years’ experience from management consulting mainly focusing on business- and digital strategies for Retail clients.
