Annika has worked at Volvo Cars for 30+ years within various areas although primarily in a global commercial context. Throughout her career she has held leadership positions both within digital and business, switching ‘side’ to where the main mandate for driving change, leading and funding was placed.

Annika’s main motivation has always been to drive for change, make positive difference and optimization, utilizing technology as an enabler.
Solutions and technology that once, in their own time, was great have now becoming roadblocks and the technical dept and complexity presents new and exciting challenges that keeps work life interesting.
