Stefan Alariksson

Stefan Alariksson has served as the General Manager for Dell in Sweden since September 2013, a role that he has carried through the Dell EMC merger in 2016. During his time as head of the Swedish office he has worked closely with his leadership team to ensure a successful fusion of the two organisations. Throughout the process he has managed to create a strong sense of belonging and unity within the company. Stefan started his career with the Swedish Armed forces, and by the time he decided to continue his career as a civilian he had risen to captain. Stefan has 20 years’ worth of experience leading organisations in the IT sector and heading up Swedish operations for several large international IT companies before joining Dell. At Dell Technologies, Stefan has made it his job to put internal focus on equality and diversity, in all aspects in the organisation – from recruitment and promotions to employee branding. Stefan has also initiated, and been the champion of, the internal Dell efforts surrounding the MARC model (Many Advocating Real Change).
