Starting up new services and roles from a blank piece of paper with change and cultural movements as central parts has been a common thread through the assignments Ariella has taken on. From starting up the brand manager role at ICA for ICA’s EMV and among other things the development of the ICA “I love eco” product series. Taking on the role as marketing manager starting Afound, one of H & M’s latest concepts. Ariella has a broad background in digital marketing, branding and business development. For a few years now, she has been back at ICA and working at ICAx, an innovation hub, where she is involved in leading an innovation journey within ICA.
