The Women in Tech conference and community has grown every year, with over 18k members. As a member you get access to all WIT Sweden events: the conference (streamed for those who didn’t get a ticket) and partner meetups throughout the year. But you will also be part of a huge network of amazing women and non-binary people.

When we ask our members what most influences their career choices, it is networks and role models that are mentioned as the most important. If you see someone you can identify with in an exciting role; who has done groundbreaking research or perhaps as the founder of a tech startup; it’s easier to see yourself in the industry in the future.
